Termination

Notwithstanding any damages that you may suffer, the entire liability of the Company and its suppliers under the terms of these Terms and your exclusive remedy for any of the foregoing shall be limited to the amount actually paid by you through the Service or $100, if you have not purchased anything through the Service.

Resolution of Disputes

If you have any concerns or disputes regarding the Service, you agree to first attempt to resolve the dispute informally by contacting the Company.

 

For users from the European Union (EU)

If you are a consumer from the European Union, the mandatory provisions of the law of your country of residence apply to you.

 

Compliance with United States Laws

You represent and warrant that (i) you are not located in a country that is subject to a US government embargo or has been designated by the US government as a "terrorist supporting" country and (ii) you are not on any list the US government with prohibited or restricted parties.

 

Separability and renunciation

Separability

If any provision of these Terms is determined to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision will be modified and construed to achieve the objectives of that provision as far as possible under applicable law, and the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.

Waiver

Except as otherwise provided, failure to exercise any right or require performance of any obligation under these Terms shall not affect a party's ability to exercise any such right or require such performance at any time thereafter, nor constitute the waiver breach constitutes a waiver of any subsequent breach.
